1. Service Description

InsightPad provides business idea validation services through customer research, landing page creation, and market analysis. We offer these services under two packages: Base Package ($500) and Results Package ($1,000).

2. Guaranteed Results (Results Package)

• 500 targeted visitors to landing page
• 25-35 email/waitlist signups (5-7% conversion rate)
• 10 completed customer interviews
• 30-day delivery timeline
• 50% refund if guaranteed metrics are not met

3. Payment Terms

• Packages: Full payment upfront
• All fees are non-refundable except for Results Package guarantee

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information about business idea
• Review and approve materials within specified timelines
• Maintain confidentiality of provided methodologies
• Dedicate approximately 2 hours per week for review and decisions

5. Intellectual Property

• Client retains all rights to their business idea
• Client receives full ownership of all deliverables
• InsightPad retains rights to validation methodology
